How I Support You

01

Before Birth

Before the birth itself we meet for two pre-birth meetings. We'll talk through your hopes, preferences, and concerns, explore your options, and practice tools to help you feel prepared. I want you to head into birth with a better understanding of what to expect and the confidence to navigate whatever comes your way.

02

During Birth

I'll be there to provide continuous emotional and physical support, whether that's breathing techniques, massage, different labor positions, helping you understand your options, or simply being a reassuring presence. I'll adapt to what you need in each moment, while also supporting your partner in being involved in whatever way feels right.

03

Navigating Birth in Israel

The Israeli hospital system can feel unfamiliar, especially if you're new to giving birth here. I'll help you better understand the hospital environment, navigate your options, and feel more comfortable communicating your preferences so that you can take an active role in your birth experience.

04

Postpartum support

A postpartum meeting and check-in to help you settle into recovery, feeding, and the new rhythm of early parenthood.

My Approach

Your Birth. Your Choices. My Support.

I believe that every woman deserves to feel respected, informed, and supported during birth, regardless of how that birth unfolds.

I don't have a particular vision of what your birth should look like. Whether you're hoping for an unmedicated birth, planning on an epidural, or keeping your options open, I'm here to support the decisions that feel right for you.

My approach combines practical preparation, evidence-informed information, and personalized emotional and physical support. I believe in giving you the tools to make informed decisions while leaving plenty of room for flexibility.

Because birth doesn't always go according to plan, and that's okay. What matters to me is that you feel heard, cared for, and supported throughout the experience.
